2024 INFORMATION

The Pacific Airshow returns to the Gold Coast’s Surfers Paradise Beach this August. Performers will showcase their skills over the Pacific Ocean with the shoreline being the best location to immerse yourself in all the action. Boats of all sizes are also expected to view the spectacle from the water. This unique event location requires some important messaging for those on land and in the water to ensure we all have a safe and memorable experience. This page will be updated regularly as more information is available.

EVENT DAYS

The event will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 16 - 18 August with the show running from approximately 10am - 4pm each day. There will also be several low flying aircraft in the air in the days leading up to the event.

EVENT PRECINCT

The event precinct will be clearly identifiable by signage and fencing. The event precinct will run from the southern end of Eileen Peters Park through to Elkhorn Avenue in the north. See below for beach access details.

NOISE CONSIDERATIONS

Please expect increased overhead aircraft noise and low flying aircraft throughout the week. Please ensure you consider those who may be affected by this including pets and small children.

ROAD & TRAFFIC CHANGES

Throughout the event build and over the event weekend, there will be changes to the traffic conditions in Surfers Paradise. These details will be released once confirmed.

NO DRONE ZONE
